In a significant move to empower voters, senior Congress leaders gathered at the Voter Adhikar Samelan held in Uri, District Baramulla, on October 22, 2023. Notable attendees included AICC General Secretary Incharge Dr. Syed Naseer Hussain, Rajya Sabha MP, and JKPCC President Sh Tariq Hameed Karra, among other party luminaries.
