Jammu, J&K – October 16, 2026 – Hearing Help Pvt Ltd., in association with WS Audiology (WSA), inaugurated the BestSound Center (BSC) 3.0 in Jammu today. This center aims to enhance access to personalized hearing care for residents. The collaboration also features a donation of 150 hearing aids to 75 low-income individuals in the region.
This new facility is part of WSA’s global initiative to revolutionize hearing care through its BestSound concept. The goal is to shift from traditional clinical models to a consumer-centric approach, making hearing assistance more approachable and accessible.

The launch event underscored the commitment of WSA and the Suryoday Foundation, a non-profit organization, to improve hearing aid accessibility. “Hearing care should be affordable and available to everyone,” stated Mr. Avinash Pawar, Managing Director and CEO of WSA India. This sentiment is particularly poignant, given that around 63 million people in India experience significant hearing difficulties, according to the World Health Organization.
Positioned at 17-A/D, near District Police Lines, Gandhi Nagar, the BSC 3.0 was designed with user experience in mind. It features an inviting layout that allows visitors to engage in diagnostics, counseling, and product trials at their own pace, creating a relaxed atmosphere that is free from typical clinic stresses.

“The need for quality hearing care in Jammu & Kashmir has been unmet for too long,” Mr. Pawar mentioned. He emphasized how the BSC 3.0 allows locals to receive world-class care without traveling to metropolitan areas. Individuals can successfully trial and select from two renowned hearing aid brands, Signia and Widex, ensuring tailored solutions for various auditory preferences and lifestyles.
Regarding the donation of hearing aids, Mr. John Zargar, Managing Director and CEO of Hearing Help Pvt Ltd, expressed optimism: “We envision transforming the hearing landscape in our region. Many people in Jammu had to travel long distances for the care they need. This center will change that.”
The collaboration with Suryoday Foundation involved identifying and supporting 75 underprivileged individuals with hearing loss. Each beneficiary received personalized assessments to fit them with their new hearing devices. For countless individuals, financial constraints have historically hindered their access to essential hearing care.
Mr. Pawar reiterated the philosophy behind this initiative: “Our mission is to ensure hearing care reaches everyone, regardless of their financial or geographical situation. With the BSC 3.0, we hope to help individuals reconnect with their families and communities.”
These ongoing efforts aim to build awareness surrounding hearing health in Jammu. WSA and Hearing Help plan to conduct screening camps and educational drives in the area. This proactive approach aims to encourage swift intervention for hearing loss, showcasing how much improved auditory health can enhance lives.
In conclusion, the BestSound Center 3.0 not only represents a major advancement in hearing care for Jammu & Kashmir but also stands as a beacon of hope for individuals longing for better communication and engagement in their lives.
